Quality Management

Joint Stock Company «Uralgidromash» (JSC «UGM»), has developed a Quality Management System (QMS) as well as documented, implemented and maintained up to date. QMS compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015) is confirmed by certificates of conformity reg. No. 23.0248.026 and No. PAP.0095.RR issued by AS «Russian Register» in the certification system of Rosakkreditatsiya and Rosatomregistr.

Our goal is to ensure the level of product quality required by the customer with the unconditional priority of ensuring safety in the operation of products over the economic and production goals of the enterprise.

To achieve this goal, we are guided by the following principles:

-      customer expectations and satisfaction are the key to success;

-      an effective quality management system is a self-developing mechanism;

-      trust in each other and the customer;

-      before making a decision - discussion, after - mandatory implementation;

-      we are one team - everyone works for the team, and in the end for himself;

-      the quality of our products is the law for every employee;

-      one makes a promise – one keeps it;

-      constant increase in sales volumes and expansion of new sales markets;

-      protection of employees is the responsibility of management;

-      Compliance with mandatory and legal requirements.

The management of the enterprise assumes responsibility and sees its main task in creating the necessary conditions for the implementation of this Policy in the field of quality, continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the QMS, continuous improvement of production, for ensuring the safety of nuclear facilities in terms of the equipment supplied.
