From July 1 to 5, excursions for students of Ural Federal University took place at Uralgidromash. During this time, the plant was visited by over 300 freshmen studying in the following fields: special-purpose vehicles, mechatronics, automation of metallurgical machinery and equipment, metalworking machines and complexes, organization of technical and marketing preparation of production, automotive service, laser equipment and laser technologies, automated systems design and technological preparation of production, engineering technology.
Students got acquainted with the production sites of the plant, and also visited the department of the chief designer, having personally witnessed the work of design engineers.
Guided tours at UGM are part of a program to attract graduates from leading Russian universities. This is one of the main directions of the personnel policy of the company. In addition to excursions, the company offers internships for students of specialized specialties, the opportunity to study additional programs, topics on the initiative of a trainee and the possibility of subsequent employment.
