"Uralgidromash" shipped and assembled the head sample of the first time manufactured pump NPS 2500-120-2 / 3М at the facility of Transneft Terminal JSC.
For the first time, engineers of Uralgidromash designed a pump for light oil products with a flow rate of 2500 cubic meters per hour and a pressure of 120 meters. The pump, developed earlier, had the same flow, but the pressure - 80 meters. To increase the head, a new flow part was worked out and an additional step was introduced, including a second impeller and a guide vane. At the same time, according to customer requirements, pump dimensions remain the same.
