On September 22, in Sysert Leisure Center. I.P. Romanenko hosted a festive event dedicated to the 285th anniversary of the plant. UGM employees were congratulated by Sergey Perestoronin, Minister of Industry and Science of the Sverdlovsk Region, Alexey Molotkov, Chairman of the Regional Union of Machine-Building Enterprises, and Andrei Gorislavtsev, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly, who presented certificates of appreciation and letters of thanks. The official part was followed by performances of creative teams of Sysert and factory workers themselves. At the end of the event the honoured company members were awarded.
