Axial and Mixed-Flow (Diagonal) Pumps

Axial and mixed-flow pumps are used for circulating water supply of thermal and nuclear power plants, in irrigation systems, in industry and other industries.
Axial pumps have a version with a vertical (OV, OPV) and horizontal (OG, OPG) shaft, available in two modifications: OV, OG - axial pump with rigidly fixed impeller blades and OPV, OPG - axial pump with impeller rotation drive.
Operating range of manufactured axial pumps: flow from 1,800 to 2,30400 m3 / h and head from 3.5 to 20 m. To ensure the required head and flow, pumps of type OV (OPV) are supplied in various versions with different models of impellers and different frequencies rotation.
Mixed-flow pumps of the type ДВ (ДПВ) for the purpose, applicability and design are similar to axial pumps, but they allow to provide higher head.
Mixed-flow pumps are available in two types: DV - diagonal vertical pump with rigid impeller blades and DVP - diagonal vertical pump with a drive for rotating impeller blades.
Operating range of commercially available mixed-flow pumps: flow rate from 7900 to 74000 m3 / h and head from 8 to 25 m.
The main versions of axial and diagonal pumps are as follows:
К – chamber feed;
МБ – monoblock pump;
МК – wet chamber pump;
Э - motorized pump turning blades;
Г - pump with hydraulic rotation of the blades.
As a drive axial and mixed-flow pumps are used synchronous and asynchronous motor types with different speeds, including two-speed.
