DC Motors
The motors are used in the metallurgical and mining industries, as well as for oil drilling rigs.
Motors for oil drilling machines
- DPP (DPP) 55 / 34-4KUKHL2 motors with a capacity of 630 kW and DPP 55 / 50-4KUHL2 with a capacity of 1000 kW are designed to drive the main mechanisms of drilling rigs. Motors compensated, reversible, with independent excitation. Execution of engines of the DPZ series - closed, explosion-proof, engines of the DPP series - blown, with the rider type fan.
- The motors of type DPZ 99 / 85-6K2 compensated, closed, with independent excitation, with a power of 800 kW are designed to drive the lifting winch of a drilling rig in a humid maritime climate in hazardous areas of class B-1a and B-1g. It is possible to work on land in conditions that do not require explosion-proof performance.
- DPZ 99 / 74-8KM2 type of motors compensated, closed, with independent excitation, with a capacity of 710 kW are designed to drive winches of offshore drilling installations in a humid maritime climate in hazardous areas of class В-1а and В-1г.
Motors for the metallurgical and mining industry
- Motors type DPP 42 / 36-4KUKHL4 with a capacity of 180 kW, designed to drive the winches of the cones of blast furnaces, are available for 440 V for single-motor drive and 220 V for twin-motor drive. Motors are reversible, compensated, with independent excitation.
- Motors of types DP 55 / 34-4KUKHL4, DP 74 / 34-6KUKHL4 and DP 74 / 37-6KUKHL4 with a capacity of 190, 260 and 550 kW are designed for twin-engine drive of skip winches of blast furnaces with lifting capacity of 39, 29, 22.5 and 15 tons. Reversible motors , compensated, with independent excitement.
