Network Pumps Type СЭУ

Network pumps of the type of СЭУ are used in centralized heat supply systems of cities, large microdistricts, where the source of heat are large district boiler houses, CHP or GT CHP. The design of such pumps allows pumping coolants with temperatures up to +180 °С.
The drive of horizontal centrifugal pumps of the type of СЭУ is an electric motor. The pump and the electric motor are installed on separate foundations. The exception is the pump СЭУ 300-130, which is supplied with an electric motor on a single base frame. The pump shaft is connected to the motor shaft by an elastic sleeve-pin coupling.
The operating range of pumps of the type of СЭУ: flow from 160 to 2950 m3 / h and head from 40 to 155 m.The inlet and discharge nozzles of the pump are located horizontally in the lower part of the body and are directed in opposite directions perpendicular to the axis of rotation. This arrangement of pipes provides the ability to disassemble the pump without dismantling the pipelines.
The bearings of the oil lubricant serve as the supports of the rotor of the mains pump. СЭУ pumps are manufactured with double gland or mechanical seal.
